Save Your Feet

I’ve mentioned before about how important it is to wear the right kind of shoe when running. However, after seeing a girl in the gym wearing boots to workout in, I thought it would be a good idea to re-highlight some of the damage improper footwear can cause. Proper running shoes are designed to lessen the impact on your body. They can help fix over pronating, heel striking, and many other running issues. Do your body a favor, and don’t add unnecessary stress to your feet, ankles, knees, and back by wearing improper shoes to run in like this girl. Her boots may not have bothered her too badly on the elliptical, but once she  got on the treadmill, you could tell that they were affecting her workout.
