As I’ve mentioned before, hiking is one of my favorite forms of exercise since I get to enjoy the great outdoors as well as get a workout. It’s a lot of fun, but it’s also very important to remember to use caution when hiking, especially if you’re hiking out to somewhere like a bluff. One minute you may be having fun and feel like you’re on top of the world, but with a slip of a foot, you may find yourself injured or in a lot of danger. A situation can quickly go from this:
